It’s no secret that in the residential building industry contractors and clients can struggle with communication. I recognized that fact early in my career as a general contractor and made it a priority to master the art of communicating ideas. That attitude has not changed now that I am a full time residential designer. In today’s world of technology, communicating design ideas and issues is much easier, but it does take some extra effort and commitment. Clarifying critical building issues that would be unfamiliar to my clients early in the process is a high priority for me. This is an example of how I use a short video presentation to explain some design options for a Guest House here in Bozeman.
