In 1996 Tony and Nancy Hopp made the decision to do a home remodel and addition in order to expand their tiny cottage in Carmel, CA. They were living in Michigan at the time, but were coming to Carmel more frequently. They needed more room.
This initial home remodel and addition involved removing the entire back half of the cottage and rebuilding. We added a master bedroom and bath, living Room, fireplace, dining room, and a modern kitchen. The front half of the cottage remained until the 2004 phase 2 addition and renovation
